House Shopping

Not for us, for Susie. This is an old picture. No grass this green around here right now. The picture looks odd because of the way her head is turned and her coloring. I guess our winter has arrived but it feels so good after our brutal summer. I got the idea to buy her a little house for cold days and nights but didn't find anything at Wal*Mart. I had let her into the garage before I left since she doesn't like for the wind to blow her hair. What woman does? When I came home John and I were discussing how we needed to put some fresh dirty socks of ours in her bed so she doesn't feel lonely. Fresh means different ones from last winter and dirty means ones we have worn. Not filthy but with our scent on them. We opened the garage door from the kitchen and she had solved the bed problem herself. Doesn't cats usually do that? We had moved a recliner into the garage after buying a rocker for the living room. She was all cozy on the seat and didn't even raise up to greet us.

Lets see - a nest of old socks or a recliner - hmmm ... I like here reasoning! And being up on the seat she is higher than most of the floor draft too! Cha ching - she's a winner!

sounds like a pretty smart cat. Animals seem to be able to fend for themselves pretty well. Hope she stays cozy...you too!!

Cats are real smart I ordered some new blankets i got them the other day and our cat Sam took over the box to play in. I let him use it to play in a few days before i took it out and burned it. Susie is a pretty cat. take care, Jean

I'm sure she believed you had put that recliner in there especially for her!
