What Is It With These Young Mothers?

We came home from Wal*Mart after dark and who had moved into our garage bag and baggage? Oreo,Daisy's baby, and no Daisy in sight. Where is she? Out getting pregnant again? How could this happen? I swore after Susie is gone I won't have anymore pets. Less expense, no responsibility. This is the same way we fell heir to Susie. Her wayward mother left her and two brothers here. The brothers went out tom catting around and didn't come home so I took responsibility and gave Susie a name and had her spayed. You say do the same for Daisy and her baby. Well they really are the neighbor's cats but they just won't go home. I always said "A Home Is Not A Home Without A Cat". Or two or three?

  4. They know a soft touch when they see one. Pets are expensive but they give back so much. When my son was dying of MS we had a big German Shepard. I came home one day after being with my son and just sat and cried. That German Shepard just came over and laid his head in my lap and looked at me with those big brown eyes. It was so comforting.

  5. I believe 3 cats is about the right number. After that someone will want to do a competency hearing(maybe I am just thinking of me :0).

  6. You are such a push over. Every cat on the block knows it. They spread the word.

    Good story, thanks,

  7. They probably have signs they display with
directions to your home. Warm, free rent and free food and a kind care taker. Maybe you
should put a sign saying NO VACANCY.

In the past we had one that we named Cracker
that came to our home and never left.
