I can imagine the book is thoroughly interesting to a person when the local area is covered. I have now read in excess of 500 books and written 6, this one being my 7th. The most fun book was inspired and co-authored by YOU. Folks thouroughly enjoyed your poems in our book, "Toby Tales". People laugh when I say Toby was real he lived in your back yard. hahaha We are cold here in Florida today...jack69https://www.blogger.com/profile/12884137603402812926noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2967955433805290702.post-35049304774374513622013-02-18T10:41:15.393-06:002013-02-18T10:41:15.393-06:00There's nothing more satisfying than reading a...There's nothing more satisfying than reading a book that is about places with which you are familiar. That's why I always enjoy books about California, especially Los Angeles.

I'm wondering if Barbara O'Connor was born in your part of Texas. If not, she obviously must have lived there at some time.

When I lived in San Angelo I used to read novels by Elmer Kelton, because he lived there (he is now deceased).Jonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02619128793632680659noreply@blogger.com
