I would love to see roadrunners running all over the place! If I ever get a chance to visit West Texas, that is what I really want to see!Lorihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08506026496063245730noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2967955433805290702.post-77346189163506911902011-05-14T21:31:47.033-05:002011-05-14T21:31:47.033-05:00Doggoneit, I was in the middle of a comment when I...Doggoneit, I was in the middle of a comment when I hit the wrong key, and 'seeya' it was gone...anyway. YES, you finally got some rain. Praying for much more for you. I could send some south, as it's been raining all week. We still cannot do any planting in the gardens, too wet.
As for that Rattler, I sure hope he's a dead one.
Love the Roadrunners...Lol on the wondering where they're going...they are fast.
BlessYourBusyHeartDarhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16642092433299872708noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2967955433805290702.post-36758885715316179382011-05-14T21:05:54.979-05:002011-05-14T21:05:54.979-05:00Glad you got the rain Paula. IT's funny how something as simple as a piece of wood can look so interesting but the sun, the rain and age can surely give something like that character...glad you stopped for the picture. Hope John's daughter's aim was true...rattlers under the house are not comforting! We always shot them on sight if we had a gun handy but I remember my mom killing them with her garden hoe on more than one occasion. She was raised in the cotton fields and came up in the depression...wasn't scared of much of anything!john wingohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02424569617092812402noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2967955433805290702.post-34837698702044574152011-05-14T21:05:11.873-05:002011-05-14T21:05:11.873-05:00DEar Pauline, we always enjoy the Country tales, ...DEar Pauline, we always enjoy the Country tales, this one did not dissapoint. Been pretty busy. Found out my birthday is a long time back making me older than I thought! We are enjoying the 'WORK' Sherry loves the area, but we cannot decide if we want to settle down. However, the $4+ diesel makes one think long and hard.

Just wanted to say hi, will be back soon.jack69https://www.blogger.com/profile/12884137603402812926noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2967955433805290702.post-68520507616687231942011-05-14T13:59:05.870-05:002011-05-14T13:59:05.870-05:00I am so glad you got rain.
