Have you spent quality time with your cows today? Did you check their water and feed them hay?
Cubes for dessert to cows taste good, then they can relax and chew their cud.
Heavy springers are there, new calves on the way. Did you spend quality time with your cows today?
New cows have located, old bull prancing 'round, kicking up dirt making a guteral sound.
Put out the salt and mineral, cowboying is fun, from daybreak to sundown work is never done.
Have you spent quality time with your cows today? Not until auction day will you collect your pay.
Do not get attached, cows are not your pets, just try to keep them healthy and stay away from vets.

I look at the ones across the fence. I just told Sherry we need a ranch cows and horses. Cause I want to spend some quality time with cows AND HORSES! But I guess ours will have to wait.
Always love your poetry!
I did! I DID spend time with my cows today, and sold the one named George.

I like the cute little poem. I think the one that wrote that, has a hard time not getting attached.
I love this. I love seeing the cows in the farms with the endless fields around here in Central KY :)
I don't have any cows..but if I
had them I would spend time with
them. It must be nice to see
animals. I see Birds and Squirrels
and feed them. Hope that counts
spending time with nature.
Gotta love it!! Your talents continue to amaze me.
Is that a cube of salt?
