Clocks

Its a good thing I don't have a paying job or a baby to feed and diaper. I was determinded to put a picture here of a bunch of clocks. I must have wasted two hours on it and I still don't have it here. Saturday night when John was changing all the clocks (I have to have one in every room) he yelled for me to come look at this clock its going crazy. Some of you may remember I bought John a huge clock for Christmas last year with large numbers and put a flashlight by his bed so he would stop yelling at me every fifteen minutes interupting my important computer business (you journal friends). Well that clock was running like a bear was on it's behind. You know John and I are from the country, it takes us while. Then I remembered the paper work said it changes itself at daylight savings time. Sunday morning the time was correct. My goodness I've never seen anything like that in my life. I'm still amazed that my computer can change it's self. I would hate to have to change all the clocks of a clock collector.

Good luck on getting pics in here. Right at first it was a breeze and now some go on and most don't. AOL journals were no easier and I guess I'll just go back and use Photobucket but dang it's no fun running pics through all these programs. My atomic clock in my bathroom never changed the way it should so I'll just ignore it and I always clean the one on the mantel when I change it. John's does sound sort of strange :).....

that clock must have been a sight! hard to know what time it is now, though, really. i hate when it gets dark so early because when night comes, i stop. must've been a chicken in another life.

nothing exciting happens here when it comes to clocks...if they stop...change the battery LOL...otherwise...leave them alone...except for twice a year change...which I don't know why they don't just leave it all alone!!!..but I love reading your blog...LOL.hugs and God Bless...Ora

Some things really are actually easier these days - although I'd trade time changing itself for some of the ways of the good old days if I could!

I understand how you can spend two hours trying to get pictures up. I spent at least that much time today getting new gadgets up and running the way I wanted them to run...this was more important than paying bills.

Good entry and it ain't even Texas Thangs, just your run of the mill Dadgummit it is time to change the clocks entry. (although it would have been interesting had the rancher shot the clock) Right at the time I am confused enough about this election, here comes the time change.
Take care
Jack

Paul asked me if I changed his alarm clock that day. Umm no why? His reply was well someone sure did, because I didn't. Ok, I didn't do it, you didn't do it...Then it occured to me it might of been one of those self changing clocks. I swear if I hadn't thought of that the guy would of thought there was a spook in the house. Oh, yeah...a friendly ghost who wants to make sure we are on time for spooking...(Hugs)Indigo

LOL, I would have thought it was something out of the Twilight Zone. I believe there was one of them about a clock or something. You two are sooooo funny. You should turn on a webcam and let us all watch you guys, it would be great.

Hmmm that is nice. I had to go around the house changing the time on all the clocks. I like your endangered animals on your sidebar. Janie
