I'm glad someone took my Cowboy job away from me today.

We have company from Alaska and I think they brought this frigid weather to us. They say no this is a different kind of cold. Even they are cold here. Buck, John's brother-in-law went with him to check the pipes at the ranch and put out a bale of hay. Buck did my job in pulling off the strings from the hay. He told John I think one of these cows is in trouble and John saw that string was hanging out of a cow's mouth. JOhn started pulling on the string and Buck said the cow was pulling John around. He kept pulling until the string came out from no telling where or how far down with a wad of hay wrapped around it. YUCK, I didn't need to see that. Thats why we have to be careful and take it off and dispose of it.

We got to look at an interesting place out in the country that is for sale and we passed the columns. Our company was interested in them but had no idea what they are either. They said they had noticed them on the way here and had commented on them.

Better get back to my company. Not nice to leave them sitting in the living room. Miss you all and hope everyone is well and warm.

Having Company is nice. Glad that John got that string out of the cow. Guess that thing could have caused a lot of trouble. Ora had a cute cartoon in her blog and mentioned you. You should take a look at it.
Enjoy your Sunday.

It is 24 degrees here and it feels like A HEATWAVE BUT WOULD NOT MIND A LITTLE MORE HEAT WAVE!!!. My niece moved from California where she had lived all her life and married a home grown Alaskan and she is either in love or does not mind the Alaska weather. Enjoy your company.

I had to do that with a cat. I am glad that you got a break. I saw a map and it seems that most of the country is in the grips of a cold spell.

Great to have company sometime. Especially if they relieve you of a job.

It's even cold on Miami with the weather below freezing for two days and a wind chill factor in the twenties.

Enjoy your company. Glad you got your "Dale Evans" day off!

Well, it's nice to have it authenticated by someone who should know -- this IS a different kind of cold. Hope you have a great time with your company, and I hope they have a wonderful visit too and a safe trip home. (Glad that cow was okay.)
