Just a country girl kicking around the dirt roads taking pictures of trees, gates, animals. cactus, and anything else that strikes my un-fancy mind. You are welcome to take a look and come back if you like.

Cat Years
Susie and I are a lot alike in that we like our weather the way we want it. We like the temps. to be between 70 and 80 with no wind. If it rains, is cold, or too hot, or if the wind is blowing she wants in her apartment in the garage so she can ignore the weather and not have her hair misplaced. If she gets caught out side she gets on the window ledge in the kitchen and glares in until she gets the attention of one of us who lets her in the house and then into the garage. She doesn't prefer to go in through the garage door, she likes to walk through the house. She doesn't even look down the hall toward the bedrooms. She sits on the ledge and waits. When one of us touches the door knob she can hop off the ledge and be in the door before we know we opened it. I don't know why that is because in cat years she is as old as we are.

Ya gotta love that quick minded Kitty. It is not dumb.I love your pictures from your header on down. I changed mine again because I AM LOOKING FOR SPRING.
simply adorable
Animals have a mind of their own. Listen or else. Funny you know just what the cat is going to do.
But I agree, give me 70-80 calm weather and no complications. dat cat B smart!

Cats will be cats! I love that picture you have at the top now, looking across the bridge.
Reminds me of a black cat named Dexter that we had in Texas. He would be out back and go roaming a little, then instead of going back over the fence, he would wait at the front door. When you opened it he would come straight through and out the back door. One we had here, Sora, would knock on the back door when he wanted in...ha. Didn't think male cats would roam when neutered but ours did. Take care, Sheila
Suzy sounds like a smart cat. I'm with you and her on the idea of a perfect day. I hate wind and cold.
I used to sit outside the window of my ex-girlfriend's apartment. She opened the door to let me in but I was afraid to jump down from the third floor window sill.....

Sounds like a proper cat, able to manipulate her owners :-)
