TURTLE ROAD

We went down Turtle road today but first we had to turn right on Dairy. Talk about a country road! It was only wide enough for one car at a time to drive down. Well maybe if one car stopped and waited the other could squeeze by. We saw one snazzy fence and gate to be on a one car lane. The house had four tall century plants. We saw the cuttest baby cotton tail rabbit. It ran in front of us for a while. We never knew there was a Turtle road in our county. We didn't see any turtles but we found Ginger there and I think John is going to buy her. One of his former renters called to ask if he wanted to buy Ginger their pet heifer. They are moving to the coast and just can't take her. She is sooo fat, like I said she is a pet. The lady says she is bred and John says she is not. The lady says she is a Red Angus and John says she is Santa Gertrudis. Don't ask me I don't even know how to spell it. John has already ask me if I will take her in place of Shelly Marie after she has a few more calves. Well now I don't know about that. This Ginger is a pretty cow and tame and all that but replacing Shelly Marie? I don't know if that can be done.

I agree. Shelly Marie is a special gal and deserves presidence over any other cow, even a pretty Ginger. You sure have a grand country heart girl. Gotta loveya
