Now I've Become A Trash Digger

Not for food thank goodness and I'm thankful. Picture John losing his cattle check. Can you see the hissie fit? I put the check on the table for him to put into the bank. Oh it won't stay there long. Put it in, take it out to buy feed for the cattle that didn't get sold. John never cleans paper work off the table but yesterday he did. We surmised thats where the cattle check went into the outside garbage can. He had looked everywhere else and I had looked some but actually I was more interested in reading your blogs. When his fit grew louder I went out side turned the garbage can on it's side. The large one on wheels and there is no way to reach inside without diving in head first. I do try to put the yucky stuff in plastic bags and tie it shut buuuut. So I get the broom and start pulling the garbage to the top and pulling out letters and papers and looking to see if any of it was said envelope containing a cattle check from the cattle auction. It was cold out side and John seemed to find something to do inside so I said the heck with this. I went straight to his room and what should appear to my angry eyes as an upside down white envelope on the night stand. Now back to the mess outside. Right the garbage can, replace all the trash, close the lid and start for the street. John comes out the back door to say I'll take that to the street and I let him with my eyes flashing fire. Boy did he take me out to breakfast this morning and not to the hospital cafeteria, to a real restaurant. I haven't decided if he is off the hook yet.

That is the way to do a STUBBORN BOHUNK. Keep him sweating a little longer. They are so hard headed it takes a while for them to get the message. I think my blog is back but on the dashboard it has not got the current entry. If you click it, it will be fresh.

That's bad to have to dig through the garbage especially since the check was secure in his room. Enjoy many more breakfasts. Helen

He is not off the hook yet. He does not need to save the money for the children. They are grown. You need a good dinner out of this too.
