Just a country girl kicking around the dirt roads taking pictures of trees, gates, animals. cactus, and anything else that strikes my un-fancy mind. You are welcome to take a look and come back if you like.

Taco Confusion
Some will remember how we used to stop at Chile Bandera for breakfast tacos on the way to the ranch. We would have a tailgate breakfast on the tank dam. The pretty young mexican lady at the window knew our order by heart. Three bean and cheese tacos with chopped onions on the side. Mild red hot sauce and coffee with two creams. They lost one of their sons in a wreck on their way to work early one morning. Then their restaurant burned. They have worked on it for months and it was looking so nice with a new roof, new paint and new cement drive-thru. It was getting closer and closer to finishing. Lo and behold a few days ago the Chile Bandera sign appeared on the next building over and a nice new sign appeared at what used to be Chile Bandera reading Mi Tortilla. Now we are confused, we don't know where our pretty drive-thru waitress is. Guess we will have to try both places until we find her.

yikes!
Good luck on your quest!
Sounds like a plan...
Enjoy
she sounds like she's worth a few efforts to find again. :) i hope that family can recover and do well again.
Paula, like Jessica Langsbury, you have a knack for getting involved in mysteries and solving them before it is over! Let us know how this comes out. Yes, I remember that family, the fire, the accident.
Take care Paula and enjoy your weekend.
ahhh, just order at both places, same order, and check it out. hahahaha. Yeah I know John don't want to eat that much (Or pay that much), seems to be a man's idea of being frugal. So just do it on two separate occasions.
It is a mystery. But Dectective Paula will solve this one.
Get it straight, cause when we next visit San Anton we wanna go there. YOu ahve made those taco's sound soooooo good!!!!
That is curious, isn't it? I guess as long as you can get your breakfast tacos, it doesn't really matter? But when you have a favorite waitress, replacing her in your heart is tough to do. Take care.
Matlock's on the case!
enjoy your weekend
nice lady
