A Photographer, I'm Not
Nevermind that I cut the cow's head off. I was trying to get a picture of the new baby before it got scared. One of the new babies born recently. The Mama seems to be saying "what do I do now", but she knew what to do and had already done it. She didn't go off to have her baby and keep it hid for several days. She had it right behind the pens in the road where all the cows walk going to water. It didn't upset her for us to stop and take a look and a picture. Cows have such different personalities like people do and they are much smarter then we give them credit for.

Aww, I love baby calves, they are just so darn cute! I point them out anytime we drive past a field of cattle.
I like the photo just the way it is. So sweet!
I haven't spent time around cows, but I find that most animals I have spent time around are a lot smarter than the average human, & with better personalilites to boot. ~Mary
Boy is it easy to agree with Mary or what? She can say things that go right tot he point.
I love the shot. I cut heads, arms, legs etc off when I take pictures....

Very sweet little calf- yea most cows are pretty smart, but I've seen a few dense ones too!
Love your new blog. Another baby calf. Those herds of cows and bulls are getting very active. It is amazing just how smart animals are as far as a cow, female dog's. when it comes to giving birth and cleaning them up. I changed the look of my blog today but not as attractive as yours.
Guess what!!! We are TWINS!!! We just didn't know it!! We share the same birthday. Happy birthday eve to you, my bloggy twin!!
