Green Bed Growing Money

Yep I think my green bed is growing money, at least I hope it is. I found a crisp dollar bill in it yesterday. My green bed has Mother-In-Laws Tongue, variegated Ivy, Elephant Ears, and wild Morning Glory. All green and now money. What is the most money you have found or the most expensive thing you have found? Not something that you have lost and then found. Something that once belonged to someone else. I think I found a five dollar bill once in front of our house. I found one of Susie's beds, that is why she has two. It was in the middle of the street, but not in front of a house and it looked new.

I don't remember finding anything except change. One of my boys found a gold birthstone ring in the lake. Biggest treasure I found was Jack and he was in the middle of the road. :)

I found some one-, five-, and ten-dollar bills floating in my washing machine once, but I think I'm the one who shoved them in her pocket and forgot to take them out. So I guess that doesn't count. It sure was fun, though, until I realized the money was mine anyway. Money washes and dries very nicely.

Haha! This reminds me of when I was little, my dad convinced me that a tree in the back yard grew sweeties. I was totally convinced it did. When my kids were born he convinced them too. One of them said the other day she still finds it hard to believe that it doesn't REALLY grow sweets!

Dirty penny. My little schnauzer found a ten dollar bill but Joe was walking her. Spunky came into our hearts after our Schnauzer had to be put down at 15 years of age. She was my dog. They usually gravitate to Joe.

Now that's the kind of green bed to have!

When we lived in Mississippi, Rick and I were at the mall at Penney's. I was looking through some jeans hanging on a rack and I felt something in a pair. Reached in the pocket and pulled out a $20. Still felt like something in them, reached back in, figuring maybe a dollar...was another $20. WOW! We waited around awhile to see if anyone came back for it but they didn't. Someone must have bought the jeans wore them then brought them back forgetting about the money in them. Take care, Sheila
