While John was engaging cowboy to haul some cattle to market I'm taking in the country sights. I haven't got up the nerve to ask to take a picture of cowboy himself He is weathered, a man of few words, and soft spoken. I think he would think I'm being a little too forward so I just snapped a picture of his gate with a sign that reads "Old dog, young dog, and several stupid dogs, so please drive slow".

love it! :) and he sounds like my kinda country fellow.
Would love to hear his stories and see his photo, love it!
I bet, by your words, he is a wonderful, endearing man. And full of Texas charm!!
Love the gate.
I think he is my kind of man. the ones I loved in the cowboy movies, laid back but sure. Like the sign!!!(smile)
I think that so cute!
Cool, yet common sense sign. Sounds like a cowboy. Love the wagon wheel on the gate. You should work up your nerve and ask for his pic. The last old true cowboy I knew of around these parts died off about a year ago.
