We Found It
We found the hamburger joint named Home Plate but wouldn't you know it we were full as a tick, two ticks in fact. Didn't stop, didn't eat, but we know where it is and how to get there. Not a fancy place but it is closer to the highway then I thought and not as far as I thought. I was thinking I would have to stop at another business to inquire as to where is and how to get there. It was a beautiful day to get out after staying in for several days other then when we had to get out. It may not live up to our expectations but we have to check it out. If it doesn't we don't have to go back.

I LOVE your little cartoon character....so cute!! The sun came out here, too, while I was shut in at work. The two days I was off, it was misty and rainy....figures! lol We are supposed to get another cold front tonight, so if it makes it, you will probably getting it, too. That will make you hungry as a bear and you'll have to go try that burger out!
Lucky you to have good weather to get out! Sounds like a cute little place (by the name) it may not be though - you will have to let us know.
Yeah, you just had to do it. Sherry started wanting a good hamburger and the best we could find was 5 guys.
Not bad, but still not a 50's Hamburger joint.
The best of the chain guys I think is Fuddruckers or the Burger King's Whopper.
I do miss the old fashioned handmade patty of GOOD meat.
