Wishful Thinking

The license plate man is dressed as Frosty The Snowman. Someone has wishful thinking. It is suppose to freeze tonight and tomorrow night, but snow in south Texas? I don't think so. I didn't notice something had fallen in front of his face. He has stood in the rain and wind too long.

too funny. i'm thankful no precip scheduled here for the next few days as we're dropping to 20 tonight and maybe into teens. eek! :) enough moisture left in the air after several days of drizzly rain that it feels very chilly.

Someone said (rumor) more snow this year than last - probably happen in February...

Cold going to hit here too, Brr! - Maybe he needs a stocking hat?

That snowman is too cute. We're expecting 2 to 4 inches of the white stuff here.

Wish my imagination was that good! How clever of someone! And who knows? One year not too long ago, San Antonio had snow and we didn't....and San Antonio is two hours south of us!

That would have been so cool to have sat next to your daughter at Cher's concert...I just wish Cher wouldn't have been sick! They said her tickets would still be good should she come to Austin later, but I got a refund....can't ever tell when she will have to hang it up for good!

And if you could go to ONE concert...just one in your life, Neil Diamond would be the one. We saw him in 1982 in Austin....to this day, my daughter and I agree that he is still right up at the top of the performers. He really knows how to work that audience....everyone was singing with him! Maybe I'll still get to go....wish my mom was still young enough to go. She went with us then...aw, such good memories!
