It Isn't Raining Violets

However it is raining rain and we're loving it. It has it's drawbacks though. It is so muddy we can't check the cattle. They don't have to come to the pens. They have water in the creek and plenty of green stuff to eat. John did get out and walk looking for The Boss cow who has been missing a couple of days. She hogs feed so could have eaten too much but we aren't seeing buzzards circling. On the bright side she may have found a private place to give birth. When the sun shines the roads will dry fast then we can search. We would never complain about the rain and hope it will be a wet summer. The picture is one of the new babies.

Oh I don't like reading this....I hope she's okay!!!! And yes, the rains [tho we've been under flash flood warnings the last two days] is so much needed, I'm not gonna complain.

The new baby is precious.

Aww gotta love the babies!! We have had 9 inches of rain, 7 inches of rain and then yesterday and today another 7 inches...I am rained out and so tired of it!

I'm with Wendy. Enough is enough. I'm at the point where nobody better say, "Yeah, but we needed it." We're already almost 10 inches above where we normally are this time of year. That's over two months of our usual rainfall and we aren't even at the end of the third month yet. I feel like I'm getting moldy!
