Benton City Institute

A ghost town in our county built in1875. An important early educational institutional in the area and the only remaining building. We were disappointed today to see someone had chose to mar the ruins with bright paint.

That is sad to see. I don't think it was a grown up adult that did that, but one was responsible for the behavior of the one who did. Such a shame. No respect at all, anymore.

Sad to see the paint. HAPPY MOTHERS DAY!

If they had done some bright mural that captured the spirit of the place, instead of random splashes of color.

It is for sure anyone defacing the ruins cannot know the real history. For Graffiti folk any surface it a canvas to show their talent, intelligence or stupidity.
Yep, this is a shame...
