Mixed Salad/My Weird Sense Of Humor
When we were eating lunch today I told John don't you think it's funny you are eating a salad made from young yellow crook neck squash grown by your ex-wife and fresh tomatoes grown by your long time companion, plus lettuce, onion, and Green Goddess Dressing from the store? He didn't find it funny. He said I don't remember her growing a garden when I was married to her. John said he came back to the pens after he had put out some kind of grain for the cow still being fed in the pens. He said a rabbit was there eating what the cow had dropped on the ground and it didn't run off so I'm thinking it was Hopper. The pens are just on the other side of the fence of where I leave the pellets for him/her.

ha! My Dear Hubby doesn't get my sense of humor sometimes either :)
I guess exes are always kind of a hard topic, sounds like it makes him uncomfortable, I think men are more uncomfortable talking about their exes than women are. Glad Hopper has returned, sounds like it was him :)
I like the photo of the Turtle...so cute! I saved on the other day. It has been a busy year for them in our area.
