Going In Circles

In more ways then one I have been going in circles but I think I'm back. Do you know how Curves works? All the machines are set up in a circle with a square between each to walk in place. A girl in a box tells you when to move on to the next machine. I just get started moving and she tells me to move. I'm trying to not lose what I gained at re-hab for my back. Gotta remember which machine my arms are to be like angel wings and which to keep my arms straight etc. and then couldn't post here, couldn't comment except in some. It (whoever it is) was telling me my e-mail address didn't exist and my password didn't match etc. Too much for a country girl to deal with so I took the day off yesterday and spent it with an old friend. We talked about things like wringing a chicken's neck to have fried chicken for Sunday dinner and we ate lots of chocolate at Dairy Queen. I got up at 4.00 A.M. to tackle the world and here I am. So much more to learn. Paula

Just start experimenting with things, I found that is the easiest way to learn how to do things...and of course the help others are offering!! I am happy to see a post from you. I've been missing you! I'm so proud of you for going to Curves.

You will do just fine once you get the hang of it. Congrats on going to curves, my friend use to go and she liked it. Be careful with your back, I have a bad back also. Have a great day!

I love it! When I was growing up my dad used to chop the heads of the hens and we'd watch them run around headless...I wonder if that scarred me for life??? rose

Lisa is right, just start experimenting! If you want, create a "test blog" which you can keep private, and you can play around there!
