I was awarded this honest blogger award by Johnny G. and Lisa. Thank you both. Now I am supposed to list 10 honest facts about myself.
1. My nickname in high school was Honest Abe.
2. I was widowed at 50 years of age.
3. I hardly ever keep secrets about myself. Think I've told it all here since Oct. 2003.
4. Now I can't remember was it supposed to be 10 or 5 in the list. I'm running out of things.
5. Even though I'm an ole' country girl I have had the occasion to ride in a black limo twice.
6. One morning I found a man lying on the ground in my front yard. I swear I had nothing to do with it.
7. I hate to ask anyone for help.
8. I hate to crawl into an unmade bed.
9. I hate gritty feet so I never go barefoot.
10. I seldom do these memes or what ever they are called because I don't like to pick just a few. If you want to do it consider yourself picked by me.

I'm just itching for a load to Texas. I tell my husband at the end of every trip, "maybe our next load will be to Texas!" I love coming down there. Its the best of both my worlds...a nice blend of southern and western.
