I'm very thankful that my youngest daughter decided working for the IRS after seven years was not her cup of tea. The plane that went into the building in Austin, Texas yesterday hit about ten feet from where she sat at a desk several years ago. The man who is missing ( I haven't heard the news as to if he has been found) was her first boss working there. She said he was a good boss.
Turtles came up to eat today but they didn't come out of the water. It was a little on the cool side. The cattle still had a little hay so we will wait until morning to put out a fresh bale. No need to waste. One of the cows was picking the ring up with her horns and it is heavy. If the others had been smart they could have grabbed a big bite of hay as she lifted it up. Not much going on out there today. We'll see tomorrow.

Wow Paula how scary! Thank God she made the decisions she made!
Wow, I'm thankful for you and your daughter. Praise the good Lord.
What a small world, and yes as Martha says scary. Amazing what decisions we make and how our lives are affected. This time for the good!
What a story!

Wow! Just goes to show you never know. (Hugs)Indigo
Great decision she made.
So many things come down to when you are at a certain place. A shame anyone gets to feeling so mad and so low as to do a thing like that.
My sister worked in the Oklahoma federal building a few years before it was bombed. This idiot in Austin was a domestic TERRORIST. Plain and simple. We need to concentrate on rounding up the kooks we've got right here at home. I'll stop before I keep ranting.

Hi Paula,
Phew ... good thing your daughter got out of there when she did!
Best,
Marty
Scary thoughts indeed, Paula.
Paula that must have been real scary ~ Ally x
That suicide crash was quite a tragedy. I'm so sorry about your daughter's former work mate, and so glad she no longer works there.
