Just a country girl kicking around the dirt roads taking pictures of trees, gates, animals. cactus, and anything else that strikes my un-fancy mind. You are welcome to take a look and come back if you like.

What Is This Thang?
Its very very heavy and we've never seen it before. I don't think it came off a tombstone in this cemetary. A statue head maybe? Where did it come from? Who put it here and why? Hummm

Hi Paula...well I would say it is a part of a tombstone...depends upon how old cemetery is..maybe grave has gone away...yup...upper part of a grave stone...someone put it there because they didn't want to throw it away??? Girl you do tend to find things of interest!!! LOL...hugs from Ora
Ask John, he is the one that has it! hahahaha Mystery or course, but a good picture. I'd say yep, if that is an old cemetary it is from one of the stones. Hopefully someone will recognize it and return it to it's home so the deceased can rest. I know she (he) is wondering what happened to it. LOL YOu have an eye for a blog entry! I have been meaning to comment on the pictures on the sidebar . We like them, especially the lady in red,on the bench!!!!
Paula, That is definitely a mystery. It kind of looks like me...ya don't suppose??? Naaa I'm sure someone will recognize it and put it back with whom it belongs. BlessYourAdventurousHearts

huh, I hope it's not haunted...Sheila
Whatever it is ~ it's pretty cool. I wish I had it sitting in my flower bed. I like the weird and unusual.
Cool mystery you've got going on Paula. I think it's part of a statue.
Dear Paula
Actually it looks like an ancient spiritual headstone form a long time ago!
