The Banker Called

He said it happened Friday night. They don't know if they were hauling dope or illegals but they didn't want to get caught and they didn't this time. They went through at least four ranches and yes Helen I'm sure that truck is scratched. Usually they don't care as they rent a big four wheel drive and then report it stolen. I just can't see driving on strange property at night going over no telling what. The Banker didn't know where they went when they went into John's property. He said they will be out to fix the deer proof fence property soon. We've never seen them go this far back into ranches.
On the way to church John spotted a country road we had not explored. I didn't know there could be one left. Late this afternoon we did explore it and found a nice housing addition way back in the boonies. Mostly big double wide mobile homes with big yards all decorated country. Of course there were the usual cul-de-sacs and I have no sense of direction so after touring the same streets two times John directed me out other wise I would probably still be there tonight.

You are always getting into something, Paula.
It is like Eloise at the Plaza ;o.
I probably would have needed to be directed out as well.

Sheesh ... hauling dope or illegals? Why can't folks leave your peaceful stretch of country alone?
Best,
Marty

You have illegals driving through your Ranch, rattlesnakes and to many weird things there. I am liking Lincoln a little better all the time. We just have hoodlums breaking into campers on a sales lot and stealing electronoics, breaking in to new homes that are not done and stealing all the copper wiring, and a gay man that wrapped his partners head in plastic wrap and killed him. Well maybe I will have to rethink your problems there and ours there.

Happy Memorial Day, Paula. I had to use anonymous because Blogger's screwed up, as usual. Watch out for the bad guys.

Well I had a few days to catch up on...I am having trouble commenting too. I can't comment through blogger as usual so I just put my name in there. I'm glad you are not stuck out there driving back and forth on the same roads...ha. I've had a few close calls driving around here...wish I could send you rain. Hope you have a nice week, Sheila

You found an unexplored road?? Wow. After 18years on the farm, I think I saw every inch of road within 3o miles.

Still can't comment except as anonymous but I'm glad y'all are still finding new places to explore...I think I've about used them all up around here. I hope those coyotes or dope runners get caught, maybe then you won't be having to do fence work so often...some people just have no sense.
