Just a country girl kicking around the dirt roads taking pictures of trees, gates, animals. cactus, and anything else that strikes my un-fancy mind. You are welcome to take a look and come back if you like.

The Cat Lady
Jean over at "The Boyetts" wrote about her dream in her blog and made me think of the dream I had a couple of nights ago about the cat lady as I call her. The cat lady is a cat lady who covers my up-right vacuum. You've probably seen them in the popular little catalogs. she has on a long dress, has bead eyes and whiskers. Her hands are holding a whole fish scale. I use her since I'm limited on space so she is next to my bed covering my vacuum. I can turn her face different ways and sometime as I'm making the bed her head gets turned to the side and it looks like she is staring across the hall and into the bathroom. The last time John's sister and brother-in-law visited John's sister told me her husband didn't like my cat lady. When they left I noticed he had turned her head to face the wall. This is not the dream this was for real. I like my cat lady, she serves her purpose well.

i'm not sure i'd like having her stare across at me, though. :)
I have never seen one of those. Helen
I started to say we needed one but Sherry covers our vacuum with one of her night gowns.
Awwwww, we all have OUR things, and they are for US, Someone don't like it,keep the comments to themselves. However most folks are just talking anyway!!! hahahahahahaha
From across the Gulf,
Sherry & jack
Sounds kind of spooky! =)
I love those animal or doll vacuum covers. I think I have seen a rabbit one too. Your BIL just couldn't take those cat stares...haa.
I keep my vac in the closet but I've been wanting a cover like yours. I was thinking about a little old lady that they have.
When I hear "cat lady", I picture some nutty old woman with fifty cats in her house.
I know I will be a cat lady one day...not your kind, Paula, but one of those Howard Hughes Cat Lady types ;o.
sounds cute
