From The Water Well Fixin' Clan

Maybe he will be the third generation water well fixer and maybe he will go to college and do something else but this country kid has nice manners and is a pleasure to be around. One day when we stopped to pay our bill he was in front with his horse so I took his picture. Water well fixers are much appreciated and especially in the Texas summer when you have cattle to water or crops to irrigate and the pump breaks down.

We only know one local guy who works on well pumps. Our pump is old, and we are dreading the day when it quits because it's going to be expensive to pay for a new pump and also pay somebody to install it. Cliff says he'll do it himself, but we've been there and done that before when he was younger. Without the proper tools and rigging, it is NOT an easy task. Oh well, we will cross that bridge when we get to it.

You say such nice things.

Manners just attract us seniors, since there are so few nowadays. You want them to enjoy success and everything that goes with it.

Good thoughts, nice picture, I love a boy and a horse, just something about that in a picture that makes me smile.

I cherish a picture of my friend Jim Page and his Horse Frank.

I have a friend from Texas that
tells about riding his horse to
the store. I think horses are
beautiful and project strength.
Love the picture of the boy and
his horse. I love to see them in
a parade strut their stuff.
