Killroy

Oh my goodness the subjects John and I get on. Is it a sign of aging? I don't remember the picture so much but the words printed here and there in odd places in public. I guess we did have graffiti back then. How many of you remember Killroy?

We still see him when the railroad sidetracks a string of box cars. He'll never die.

I remember Kilroy! My cousin used to draw him all over the place and introduced me to him. Thanks for sharing and conjuring up a memory :)

I remember Killroy very well. I think he grew up in my hometown...lol.

Your header tells a good story. The hard working farmer loves to fish if he can find leasure time. I think I see a fishing boat.

Oh yes, I remember Kilroy was here. even drew it a few times.

I always associated it with that song about finding something on the beach. "If you should see a great big box and it is within your reach don't ever stop to open it up cause much to your surprise, you'll discover a -- --- --!
I always pictured Kilroy leaving that!! BUT I was REAL YOUNG! hahaha
