Wishing Well Suspicion
After lunch we didn't have any thing we had to do, nothing we wanted to do. Somethings we should do, but didn't want to do sooo what did we do? We went for a ride on some country roads, of course. Quite often we see a wishing well in some one's yard but in a yard today we saw two wishing wells. Wishing wells make me wonder since I read a book which I don't remember the title, but I sure remember what happened. This was supposed to be a true story from somewhere here in Texas. A lady, (using the word losely) convinced her husband to build her a wishing well in the yard. After it was finished she killed him and convinced her daughter to help her drag his body outside and hoist it into the wishing well. Then she planted beautiful flowers on top of him. If I remember correctly she planted another husband in the back yard and had a storage shed built on top which the new husband couldn't understand why she wanted that shed in that particuliar spot since it wasn't the most handy area. I wish I could remember more particulars and the title but I can't forget the wishing well part and everytime I see a wishing well I think of this book. When I saw two wishing wells in a front yard it made me go hummm.
