Spring in the hospital cafeteria

This is where we ate supper. Crab cakes, corn bread, mixed vegetables, fries, and large glasses of water .two big meals for a little over six dollars. They have decorated for spring and they will change it for Easter . The chef had us fill out a survey and he added to the salad bar to meet our request . One day there was no one but us eating so he sent out some hot fresh dessert. They treat us special and we appreciate it. We pay fifteen dollars a year to belong to senior circle with other benefits included. The hospital is right up the street and on the way to tend the cows. It's a win win situation.

What a great deal all round. Bright colors are good. I like to feel light, at a place to eat. I am not much for mood lighting when I am eating any more. LOL (I cannot see what I am eating! LOL

Love the header, looks like a mama with twins...

Whoever thought that a hospital would be a pleasant place to eat. And the food sounds good, too!

If we had something like this in our area, I'd be a member also. Love the Spring colors. And, isn't it nice to be treated so special?

We don't have that anymore. We used to have a hospital like that but they have expanded and done away with it. That is nice that it is close and you enjoy it.

They have that here at our hospital, but I can't ever get my husband to go. I have gone and picked up a take out a few times, a way back. They have it looking real nice.

They have it decorated real nice. They won't have to do to much to change it for Easter. When we lived in Mobile, I took Jarin to have an MRI done and they had a tree they decorated for all the holidays. They were decorating it for the fourth of July that day. Have a great weekend, Sheila
