I Was Wrong, 8 Can Soup Is Good

My friend was right and I was wrong. The recipe is good. It makes a lot, is very easy, and it is good especially for a cold day this coming winter. I will say mine boiled over just a little so if you make it you may want to sit your crock pot in a little tray or pan. It is called 8 Can Soup. You do not drain anything. Dump it all into the crock pot. 1 can corn, 1 can diced tomatoes, 1 can diced potatoes, 1 can white beans (lima etc.), 1 can vegetable soup, 1 can veg-all, 1 can turkey chile w/beans, 1 can turkey chile w/o beans. Stir and cook on low for 6 hours.

It does sound good, and I asked the husband if he has ever tried it. Unfortunately, he vetoed it, said he tried it and did not care for it. But this is the same man that does not like green peppers in anything. I don't get him sometimes, lol.

Hi Paula

Glad it turned out good. That sounds yummy for a winter meal. We have a crazy heat wave it 87 degree's here in April (too hot for Mass). Hope your having a nice weekend.

Anything I don't have to drain or do anything with sounds like my kind of recipe!
