Happy Birthday Leah

Leah was born early in the morning on Mother's Day that year (I won't say which year). Quite a Mother's Day present! This is a cake she made for my birthday one year. She used to like to make cute cakes for everyone. Now she rides her bicycle six miles everyday. She was on the tennis team in high school and won some awards for typing. Her senior year she only had to attend school half a day so she landed a job with an attorney in downtown San Antonio in the afternoons. After school ended she got married and moved to Germany, living there a second time with her husband's stint in the army. She also lived at Fort Belvoir, Va, Fort Hood, Texas, and San Antonio. She is the mother of two boys and is now married to Randy and is quite a joy to have as a daughter. Leah lurks in my journal as Texas Mystery but does not leave a comment so if you read this Leah I hope you had a very happy birthday and have many more to come.
