There were ten people in church today plus the little dog that came last sunday. She was faithful even though her master and his son were not. The little doggie's human grandfather was there so we were able to find out the name of the believing dog. Her name is Shelby and her master had to work today so she faithfully trotted down that sandy road to church and was there to greet each and everyone as they arrived. She didn't get a chance to come inside as the doors were left closed today because of the weather but at the end of church I heard her whimpering outside the door. I think she was adding her prayers to the preacher's. I hope they don't pen her up but let her continue to come to church.

Great entry. U B the best blogger!
WE always look forward to your tails I mean tales.
Glad the little guy can pray.
A dog that comes to church. Well, Paula, you are awfully good about finding those amusing country tales about what happens down up over your way.
Oh, I wish I could have been there!
That's really sweet.
bless her
Isn't that the sweetest thing yet. A praying dog. I sure hope the doors are open to him again soon.
I missed you while I was out.
BlessYourHeart....I parch too
You should write a short story about this little gal!
Pauline you know I am a sucker for dogs, so of course I loved this one.
How sweet she was. She should have been let inside during service out of the weather. She would have probably layed down somewhere and been real quite. Helen
The Bibles says that if the people had not of praised his name, the rocks would have burst forth in praise. Sounds like Shelby is a faithful servant of her heavenly Master. A good example to us all.
That is such a sweet story. Shelby is a faithful
member. I would like to attend that Church.
God loves all creatures great and small.

A member like that might even get me going to church once in a while.
