Oh How Independent They Can Be

The cattle are not meeting us in the mornings any longer. They are out grazing, there is water in the dry creek bed. They will find the feed in all the tubs later. we finidshed and headed for home at about ten this morning and the surveyers hadn't arrived at work yet and they said they would finish today. Cushy job? Maybe not, maybe they had to work somewhere else in the morning and are there now doing their thing. When we came home Susie had squeezed out the little space in the sliding door and came out into the carport to soak up some sun. She looks so much better but does walk with a little bit of limp on one back leg. Probably the leg the dog was pulling her by. We make it a point to check the house where the dogs live. There is only one dog in a chain link fenced yard and tied too. I hope that was just a one time thing that the dogs got out.

oh, glad susie's venturing out a bit more now! and hopefully those dogs will stay where they should be.

SO glad to hear your cattle are happy again! wish we could get a bit more rain here - just to replenish the pond before this winter. oh well. we'll get what we get, i suppose!

Glad Susie is doing better. She just needs some of mama's love for awhile.

Glad to hear your kitty is doing better. I am sure it is good for the cattle and you and John that there is water. By the way when our engine light comes on and stays on, guess what Joe does. Puts Tape over it also I swear they are related.
