A Treasure Found

I found this old milk can at the ranch on the area where the railroad ran. It wasn't good enough to try to take the rust off and paint like I did another one. The bottom is rusted out but I wasn't about to throw it away so it became a yard vase. Wouldn't you like to know the story behind how it got there? I would. I'm so curious about things like that.

what a wonderful find. You found the perfect use for it. It is lovely just the way it is.

Sorry this is slow, my feed is getting more erratic every month.

Yes, I think there's probably a story behind most everything. What a lovely idea for your milk can. You could also shove something into the bottom, like that brown moss and fill it with dirt and plant some real somethings.

I do that too often methinks. Wanting to know the story behind an object seen in an odd place, is a problem I live with. (smile).
